Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, trimmed of fat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
Instructions
1. Beat eggs with water. Mix remaining ingredients and place in a shallow bowl. 2. Dip chops into egg wash, then into cornmeal coating. 3. Pan-fry in a bit of oil over medium heat until golden brown.
